Arkasodara Tribal Quests Guide & Walkthrough

In Final Fantasy 14, you can take on special daily quests from various beast tribes around the world, from Moogles to Dwarves. With the release of patch 6.15, you can now help the Arkasodara tribe in Thavnair and build your reputation with the tribe to earn rewards like an exclusive mount and minion.

However, before you can complete the Arkasodara daily quests, you will need to unlock the quests for that tribe. There are a few questlines you’ll need to complete first, so let’s look at which ones you’ll need to do and where to start them.

How To Unlock Arkasodara Tribal Quests

Arkasodara Kancana to Thavnair

Before you can unlock Arkasoradara’s Daily Tribal Quests, you need to complete a few prerequisite quests. There are two quest chains you need to complete, starting with “Child of the Steppes” and ‘What’s in a Parent’which will appear after completing the main storyline quests “A Fisherman’s Friend”and “Under His Wing”respectively.

Below you can find a list of each quest in the chain and where they start.

What’s in a parent Yezahn Thavnair (X:29.2, Y:15.3)
Heal the ailments Yezahn Thavnair (X:29.6, Y:17.2)
The sins we carry Sula Thavnair (X:29.6, Y:17.2)
Societal alchemy Yezahn Thavnair (X:29.7, Y:16.2)
A budding adventure Yezahn Thavnair (X:29.6, Y:17.2)

After completing all of these quests and completing the main storyline quest ‘Endwalker’the quest “Hippos are born to run” will appear at Thavnair (X:25.3, Y:31.2). Completing this quest will unlock Arkasodara Daily Tribal Quests, allowing you to build your reputation with the Arkasodara tribe. Each time you increase your reputation to the next rank, a a new story quest will be availableallowing you to unlock other daily quests.

These quests will use the Quest synchronization systemallowing you to undertake them at any level above 80. Complete a Daily Tribal Quest below level 90 will reward you with livea Arkasodara Pana token, and Arkasodara’s reputation points. Complete the quest at level 90 will reward you with the current highest level Tomestone available instead of experience, while the other two rewards will remain the same.
