Morgan, the events of Altered carbon happen more than 300 years in the future. Main character Takeshi Kovacs is the only remaining rebel of a group that resisted the new order, and he’s been dead for years. Set more than fifty years in the future, in the middle of a broken world, Tribes of Europe follows three young siblings as they struggle to survive. After an event called Black December, where power systems around the world crashed, the world descended into primal chaos. After three siblings encounter a mysterious cube and are unfortunately separated from each other, the first season sees them make their way to each other, while trying to unravel the mystery of the tech cube.

Although dystopian, it has a fantasy feel due to the lack of power and harkens back to a pre-electric world, complete with sword fighting and horse riding, making it a unique addition to the genre. producers of Darkthis Netflix original has no confirmation of a second season or cancellation announcement, so there might be more of this series to love in the future.
